Q&A. How Do I Let Something Go, with Love, when I’m Still Angry?

When you look at anger, essentially, it is an emotion that anchors you in your body.

The concept that someone or something is or has been unjust.

You feel unbalanced, confused, and you start to create stories in your head around the topic. The mind seeks different ways to rebalance the power dynamic, playing the inner video on and on and at the same time triggers the same emotions.

The best way is to not try too hard to stay in love.

When you’re angry, just stay in the anger. Mostly, it is an anger at yourself that you allowed certain lines to be crossed, you might have tried extra hard, being unappreciated, not seen or heard and so on.

Whatever doesn’t matter really.

You stay in the anger, explore its form, how you feel in it, how it feels to you.

But you have to make the time to do this first.

And then you use this to cleanse your soul.

There is opportunity in everything.

When you are able to move into this space you will experience Pure Spirit which is simply to realise light in darkness, you expand your awareness through this awareness.
