Gentle kindness to yourself, it’s always the simplest when you’re able to be kind and it is the best form of self-love, but also the hardest for people to do.
In this Practice we are seeking to recognize what it feels like to hold the space of gentleness and kindness through the breath.
Through the layers of the breath, you feel a lovely kindness to the self and concurrently a lovely gentleness to the self and that is the connection with the inner heart.
Here in your inner heart, which is your own inner core, the core of you and the basis of your love for yourself, you feel your love, your kindness and your gentleness. During these difficult times it really is the core of Life.
When you feel how you feel, it is just a gentle knowing where you Stand in Your Own Light.
