In the gentle space of the in breath and the out breath, you become aware of how your body feels and the thoughts that arise when the mind slows down.

Whatever arises in this space is okay.

It just is what it is.

Here we spend a lovely few moments remembering how love feels and recalling a time when you felt very very loved.

After everything, all that is left is Love.
