Conversations With Anna. How Do You Diffuse Fear?

Anna explores the topic of Fear in this month’s conversation.

You can choose to look at fear from a restrictive point of view or you can choose to see how it can open other roads to explorations. The first step is to recognise that you are in fear, the next is to stop for a moment, to breathe, and to ask to know, what is causing the fear and what is it related to. The best way to diffuse the fear is to sit in the emotion, feel it and to seek resolution. When you stop and ask the question why, there will always be an answer. This answer then gives you the next step and when you have the next step to moving forward, the fear dissipates as you have the space of knowing. When you seek the motivation for change, that’s power. That’s Spiritual power which is the energy of Love.
