However, a part of being human is that we have emotions, these emotions then become memories and lodge themselves into our energy body basically forever. Most of the time we hold memories that are challenging because we haven’t gone in and worked them out, they stay within, similar to sand in the engine of your car.

When we are in pain of any sort, it is because Love is absent.

In this Teaching, Anna discusses how we can heal these challenging and painful memories that we hold by listening to our intuition or the ‘gut feel’. The only way to get in touch with it is to stop thinking and start feeling.
